Our People

Our people represent our business and we’re proud of the way they do it.

We know how important people are to achieve an effective service and deliver customer satisfaction, so all 150 of our staff are recruited for integrity as well as the highest levels of expertise and experience in security.

As a member of the Investor in People scheme we take training very seriously and offer a range of ongoing courses and opportunities to keep our team sharp and up to date with the latest methods, products and legislation.

Compliance is just as important at the people level as at the company level and all our staff are carefully vetted and security screened in line with British Standards 7858; they also all carry SIA cards, company photo ID cards and come uniformed with helmets and stab vests.
